We want to do good things, and we dont want to delay it. Therefore, we registered the account as a joint account of 3 trustees. The picture of the bank book is below.
As you can see the account is registered to
1. Delakan a/l Rathak Krisnak
2. Prema a/l Karupiah
3. Amrish Kiran a/l Veramuthu
and the account number is 1440 0102691 52 8 (CIMB BANK)
When you are depositing the money into the machine, you can only see the name Delakan Ratha Krisnak. No worries, the money can only be taken in the presence of the 3 trustees in the bank. So your money is safe.
The tamil schools that needs aid is being identified. As before, if you have any suggestion, please forward your suggestion to the name said in the last post.
A point to be noted, this blog is the sole medium of information for the plan. There are no agents for this plan. You yourself take your initiative to go to the bank and deposit RM10 monthly. If you want to ask a friend to do it, please make sure you can trust him. Make sure your money reaches the tamil schools.
As undergraduate, let us do this small effort to help our brothers and sisters in Tamil school to have proper tables and chairs to study. A small effort by us can actually change their life.
Lets uplift the community. Our community our responsibility.

Firstly, hats off to you guys. Really appreciate your effort and time put in this task. I read about you guys from Makkez.com blog.
I will be updating about you guys from time to time in my own blog, one as a financial check, second as a blow-horn for those who not aware yet.
I can see that you guys are earnest in being transparent, and that's how it should be done. It would be helpful too to come up with your organisation's code of conduct, contact details, postal address, pictures of account bearers as well as the auditor's details (the company they are working for, their contact details etc).
Also it would be great if you guys could provide weekly (note weekly) updates on the financial details; from receipts, donations, invoices etc everything scanned and uploaded to your blog. Certain banks allow viewing of bank account details online (but online transactions not allowed), so if you guys could do that, it would appeal to a lot of skeptics as well.

We will upload all the details about the transactions done, account summary, and where the money has been channeled together with the documents in this blog.About viewing the bank account details online we'll check at the bank and get back to you.
